PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The Askew Head Bolt’s beveled head engages the internal wedge of H&B concrete inserts (LW-340 or HW-340), automatically tightening under load for secure anchorage.

Available Finishes:
  • Type 304 Stainless Steel
  • Type 316 Stainless Steel (Special Order)
  • Hot-Dip Galvanized
Dimensions:
  • Bolt Diameters: ¾″ or ⅝″ (⅝″ only for restoration projects; not for current H&B inserts)
  • Bolt Lengths: 2″, 2½″, 3″, 4″
Performance Data:
  • Carbon Steel: 60,000 psi minimum tensile strength
  • Stainless Steel: 70,000 psi minimum tensile strength
Installation Notes:
  • Designed to work exclusively with H&B inserts (LW-340 or HW-340).
  • Automatic tightening under applied load ensures reliable anchorage.
