WCR Fabricators – Shipping Policy
1. General Overview
WCR Fabricators partners with trusted U.S. manufacturers and logistics carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Most items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, while certain products may ship from our San Clemente, CA warehouse depending on availability, finish specifications, or project requirements.
2. Processing Times

Special Orders & Custom Fabrication:
Lead times vary depending on material, finish, and production schedule. Estimated ship dates are provided after order acceptance but are not guaranteed. -
Standard Products:
Orders for stocked or standard items typically ship within 3–10 business days after payment and processing (or processing and invoiding, for our NET 30 customers). -
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining estimated processing and shipping timelines.
3. Shipping Rates
At checkout, shipping may appear as “Free” due to system limitations. Actual shipping costs are calculated after your order is reviewed and will be added to your final invoice.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that final shipping charges will apply and will be invoiced before shipment is released.
4. Freight Deliveries
Many WCR products ship via LTL freight due to size or weight.
Please review the following requirements before delivery:

A commercial address is preferred.

Residential or limited-access deliveries may incur additional fees.

Customers must specify if a forklift, lift-gate, or inside delivery is required at the time of order.

Missed delivery appointments or re-delivery attempts may result in additional carrier charges.
Freight carriers deliver curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance.
5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Once an order leaves the manufacturer or WCR warehouse, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, in accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC § 2-401).
We are not liable for shipping delays, damage in transit, or loss once the carrier has taken possession.
If damage occurs in transit, please note it on the Bill of Lading and contact both the carrier and WCR Fabricators within 3 business days with photos and documentation so we can assist with a claim.
6. Shipping Methods

Small Parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS): Used for lighter or compact items when applicable.

Freight (LTL or FTL): Used for oversized or palletized shipments.

Customer Pickup: Available only by prior arrangement for orders fulfilled from our San Clemente facility.
7. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, WCR Fabricators ships only within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipments to P.O. boxes.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
We make every effort to meet stated timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
WCR Fabricators is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items sourced from different manufacturers, it may arrive in separate shipments.
You will receive tracking details for each portion once available.
10. Shipping Damage or Shortage
Inspect all deliveries promptly. Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
Failure to report within this window may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
