Refund & Return Policy

1. SPECIAL / CUSTOM ORDERS – FINAL SALE
All special orders, custom items, or products fabricated to your specifications are final sale. Once placed, these orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Because materials, finishes, or configurations are unique to your order, these items are excluded from returns or refunds.

2. STANDARD ITEM RETURNS (By Request Only)
For non-custom, standard items (if any), returns are not guaranteed, but may be considered upon request. To submit a return request, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, in writing, explaining the condition and reason for return. Approval is at our discretion and subject to inspection of the item for resale viability.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS

  • Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and materials intact.
  • Shipping fees (inbound or outbound) are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Restocking / rehandling fee of 25% will be applied to the approved refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions or that materially decrease resale value.

4. RESTOCKING / REHANDLING LIMIT
In compliance with California law (via 18 CCR 1655), any restocking or rehandling charge withheld will not exceed the actual cost of handling the return. If we elect to use a percentage (e.g., our 25% restocking), we apply it uniformly for the accounting period and maintain records to substantiate the percentage.

5. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping, delivery, and handling charges associated with your order or the return are borne by you, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. These charges are non-refundable unless we agree in writing.

6. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate and, at our choice, repair, replace, or refund (minus any restocking cost), subject to inspection and documentation.

7. DISCLOSURE & CONSPICUOUS NOTICE
Because our policy differs from the “common expectations” (i.e., we do not routinely allow full refunds or returns), we post this policy with conspicuous notice at checkout, on our product pages, in sales agreements, order acknowledgments, and on our website’s Refund & Return page. This ensures you have the opportunity to review before purchase, in compliance with Civil Code § 1723.  Seyfarth Shaw - Homepage   Department of Consumer Affairs   California DOJ

8. GOVERNING LAW / SEVERABILITY
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that portion may be revised or severed, and the remainder will continue in full force.
