PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The H&B Sharktooth Insert features a serrated, tooth-like profile that resists both shear and tension loads up to 8,000 lbs/ft. Its design allows for continuous vertical adjustment along virtually the entire length of the insert and accommodates in/out movement while maintaining full load-bearing capacity. Fabricated in lengths from 3″ to 12′-0″ (custom lengths and radiused shapes available), it is ideal for high-strength anchorage in masonry, concrete, or stone applications.

Features:
  • Serrated shark-tooth design resists high vertical shear loads (eliminates vertical slip from inadequate bolt torque).
  • Continuous vertical adjustment along full length.
  • Rebar interference not an issue (unlike post-installed expansion bolts).
  • Additional rebar hairpins not required to develop working loads.
  • No welded connections required—nut or bolt into insert allows easy installation and adjustment.
  • Bolting hardware is U.S. standard thread (metric available upon request).
  • Custom designs available for radiused or project-specific applications.
